For seniors: the access code is your student ID number
Seniors who are bringing an Avon High School underclassmen as a guest: You must fill out this google form and wait for an email for your guest's access code

Seniors who are bringing a guest that does not go to Avon High School: Once you have completed the following guest form, you will receive an email with your guest's access code shortly. Paper copies are available at the main office and in student services. Failure to turn this in for approval before the end of ticket sales will result in your guest not being allowed a ticket.

Remember: Tables this year can have a maximum of 8 people. Table sign ups will be available starting on May 1st.
